Sustainable cooperation with Altro Vastgoed - the very beginning
The idea behind Immowi Advisory originated several years ago, when Anton, Founder of Immowi, came into contact with Altro Real Estate Group, of which Dave Backe is CEO. That initial contact came out of a great need for leads for a new luxury project by Altro. Dave decided to enlist help to boost his inflow of real estate leads. “I had been following Anton on social media for a while. Especially his working method, the ‘no cure, no pay’ mentality behind Immowi and the in-depth knowledge of both digital marketing and the real estate world, triggered me a lot. So when I finally had a project where I could use help, I turned to Immowi,” Dave says.
And one thing led to another. Immowi and Altro Real Estate Group joined forces and went all out to attract new real estate leads. An approach that seemed to catch on: in no time Altro Real Estate Group had secured enough high-quality leads to present their luxury project to. The tone had been set. All the more reason for Dave to engage Immowi for his next professional project as well: the launch of Altro Invest.
Prominent need for support in digital marketing rollout
“The smooth cooperation for our first project together taught us that digital marketing and online processes are a profession in their own right. For that, we could use a lot of support at Altro. When the idea for Altro Invest came up, and a website needed to be created as well as lead generation, we asked Anton and Immowi for help.”
The demand for help eventually turned out to go even further. Not only did Immowi assist in the complete from A to Z elaboration of the new branch for Altro (Altro Invest), even today Immowi continues to provide marketing support. “Immowi Advisory, as we have christened our support arm, is an external partner for Altro Real Estate for everything to do with online marketing: from setting up advertising campaigns to e-mail marketing and working out automations across their various internal software tools. We have been doing this for over 1 year now. We are therefore particularly proud of this collaboration and of what we have been able to achieve,” says Anton.
Yet Immowi is not intended to be the only player within a partner company capable of handling digital marketing. “We don’t just want to be a supporting organism, we also want to teach marketing teams as much as possible. This way, insights and knowledge are shared with internal employees so that they too can learn from this and start working with it. This facilitates cooperation for both parties,” Anton says.

Meanwhile, Immowi Advisory expanded its services and provides digital marketing support for several companies active within the real estate sector. “With our partners, we act as an external expertise body working in tandem with internal marketing teams. We identify the needs within digital marketing and write solutions for them. Companies that do not feel comfortable implementing these solutions themselves, we can also provide executive support.”
