Top Estates is a well recognised and innovative real estate agency that assists Belgian and Dutch clients in purchasing a property in Spain and specialises in new-build homes and flats on the Costa Blanca South & North and Costa Cálida. Their story began barely three years ago with Robine and Thomas and has since grown into a five-strong team. So Freddy, Yannick and Niels came on board, living alternately in Belgium and Spain. By living and working locally as much as possible, Top Estates can always offer the best service, from construction to delivery of the property and after-sales.
Less than three years ago, top duo Robine Vermeir and Thomas Van Hecke decided to start Top Estates. They did so partly out of love for Spain and Spanish real estate and partly out of love for the trade. Because yes, both of them already had several years of experience within the specific real estate market. An advantage not to be underestimated that ensured their business was a step ahead from the start. But growing a business quickly within the real estate sector is not easy. That is why they called on Immowi for help.
In-house lead generation works
Growing a start-up in real estate takes effort, but especially time. Something they were all too aware of at Immowi partner Top Estates. Growing organically by keeping your social media channels up to date and filling them with clear but beautiful content is a long-term work. Of course, ‘online presence’ is a must, but getting effective results from it in the short term is wishful thinking. Robine and Thomas had also understood this. “Right from the start, we wanted to achieve effective results in the shortest possible time. To accelerate our business, we knew we needed a more solid tool than just social media postings. That is why we opted for a digital strategy, devised and implemented by Immowi,” says Robine Vermeire, partner at Top Estates. And that strategy quickly proved effective: in no time, investors interested in the Spanish property market from all over Flanders found their way to Top Estates.
