The service fee is a monthly, fixed, recurring fee. Regardless of the number of active Real Estate campaigns. We charge this fee for setting up the landing pages, testing the pages and advertisements, setting up and adjusting the campaigns, the further development and hosting of the MyImmowi Lead Generation platform, the design of bannering or other campaign material and related activities related to our way of working.
The “Cost Per Lead” is a variable cost per delivered Qualitative Lead. The price is announced in advance and depends on the type of property that is marketed online and the maximum volume of leads that can be processed by the client per month.
A lead is a collection of data consisting of a person’s first and last name, his/her e-mail address and telephone number. A “Qualitative Lead” is a Lead that is considered a “Qualitative Lead” if (i) the first and last name, e-mail address and telephone number of the person in question are correct, (ii) the person in question has approved Immowi International’s privacy policy, and (iii) the Client has not received the Lead from Immowi International in the past six months. These conditions are necessary but sufficient for a Lead to be considered qualitative.
Annual commitments allow you to unlock bigger discounts on your MyImmowi usage.
More specifically, subscribing to an annual subscription to the essential pack gives you a 15% discount on the service fee, on the professional pack you receive a 20% discount on the service fee and on the essential pack you receive a 25% discount on the service fee.
Invoices are payable 30 days after the invoice date, unless other payment conditions are stated on the front of the invoice. All payments are deemed to have been made at the registered office of Immowi International. All payment costs will be borne by the Client.
No protest or reservation with regard to an invoice will be accepted if it is not submitted in writing within a period of no more than ten days after receipt of the invoice. After this deadline, no complaint can be made or is no longer admissible.
Yes, your subscription will automatically renew unless you change it or cancel your account. You can do this in seconds in your MyImmowi Lead Generation account settings.
All MyImmowi plans include in-app chat support. We also provide customers with access to our online help center, how-to documents, regular webinars, videos, and performance management best practices.
