As a Junior Sales Executive, you’ll play a key role in supporting and expanding our client base.
You’ll help real estate developers and agencies boost their online visibility and generate high-quality leads through Immowi’s marketing solutions.

Lead qualification & prospecting:
Follow up on incoming leads from our marketing campaigns.
Identify and reach out to potential clients in the real estate sector.
Research new business opportunities in Belgium and abroad.
Client relationship management:
Build and maintain trust-based relationships with new and existing clients.
Schedule and attend introduction calls and demos.
Support the account managers in preparing proposals and presentations.
Sales process & reporting:
Assist in creating commercial offers and track deal progress in our CRM system (Coda / Fibery).
Collaborate with the marketing team to align lead generation and sales strategies.
Monitor campaign results and translate data into actionable insights.
You recently graduated in Sales, Business Management, Marketing, or Real Estate.
You’re eager to learn, communicative, and have a proactive mindset.
You’re comfortable reaching out to people and building relationships.
You’re motivated by targets and enjoy working in a results-oriented environment.
You have strong organizational skills and a structured way of working.
Experience with CRM tools, Microsoft Office, or Google Workspace is a plus.
Fluency in Dutch and English (French or German is a plus).

Entry-level / Junior: This role is ideal for a recent graduate or young professional looking to kickstart a career in sales. You’ll receive on-the-job training, personal coaching, and the opportunity to grow into more senior roles such as Account Manager or Sales Manager as you develop your skills and experience.
Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
A strong interest in the real estate and digital marketing industry is essential.
0–2 years of experience: Perfect for graduates or individuals with initial experience in sales, marketing, or business development who are eager to grow in a commercial environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong motivation to learn and achieve sales targets.
Proactive attitude with a growth mindset.
Analytical thinking and attention to detail.
Team player with the ability to work independently.
Basic understanding of CRM systems, pipeline management, or marketing automation is a plus.
