As Project Marketeer you work closely with clients and the sales team to develop tailored campaigns for real estate projects. You are the link between strategy and execution.

Strategy development
- Build custom marketing strategies based on client goals and audiences.
- Identify innovative opportunities to boost project visibility and lead generation.
Campaign management
- Oversee creation and execution of digital and offline campaigns.
- Collaborate with designers, copywriters and other team members.
- Monitor and optimize campaign performance.
- Ensure all deliverables meet deadlines and quality standards.
Client coordination
- Act as the main marketing contact for clients throughout the project.
- Translate client feedback into actionable improvements.
Wie je bent
- Experience in project or campaign marketing.
- Organized, structured and able to juggle multiple projects.
- Strong communication and client-facing skills.
- Creative mindset with an eye for performance.
- Fluent in Dutch and English.
