Booking page: the buyer plans their own viewing
No more e-mails back and forth to find a moment. An interested buyer picks a time in your seller's calendar, chooses where to meet, and the appointment is in both diaries straight away — as a lead in MyImmowi.
Every project page in MyImmowi gets a booking page: a public link on which a buyer books a viewing without you lifting a finger. The page reads your seller's real calendar, so what the buyer sees is what is free.
How to set it up — in five steps
Open the project and pick the Booking tab Project → Booking
Click New booking page. The page is tied to this project automatically: every booking becomes a lead on exactly this project.
Choose who takes the viewing and connect their calendar Account → Connections
The host is one of the project's contact persons. When they connect their Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 mailbox under Account → Connections and switch on Sync calendar, their existing appointments are taken out of the free slots automatically and every booking lands in their diary. Rather not connect? The page then runs on fixed opening hours, and you block time by hand.
Decide where a viewing can take place
Tick what you offer; the buyer chooses when booking: at the property (the project address), at the office (the address from your partner profile), online (Immowi Meet, with recording) or at the buyer's home (they give their address).
Set duration, hours and capacity
How long a viewing takes, on which days and hours, how much time in between, and how far ahead people may book. Set people per slot above one and you have an open house: several buyers book the same moment.
Switch it on — and the link appears by itself
As soon as the page is live, the lead portal and the network sites automatically show a “Book a viewing” button on this project. Copy the link itself for your own website, your e-mail signature or an ad.
What the buyer sees
A calm page in their own language: the project, the seller, the free moments. They pick a time, pick where to meet, leave their details and get a confirmation straight away with a calendar invitation (.ics) — carrying the address, or the link to the video call. Moving or cancelling is done through the link in that mail.
What happens in MyImmowi
Every booking becomes a lead with a real date on the project, the seller is notified and the appointment sits in their diary. An online viewing runs on Immowi Meet: no download, a private room per appointment, and — with the buyer's consent — a recording you watch back on the lead afterwards.
