Campaign management and optimization
- Set up, manage and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn and more.
- Continuously monitor performance and make data-driven adjustments to maximize ROI.
- Test and refine ad creatives, targeting and bidding strategies.
Analytics and reporting
- Track key performance metrics to assess campaign effectiveness.
- Generate clear reports with actionable insights for the team and stakeholders.
- Use A/B testing to improve conversion rates.
Collaboration and strategy
- Work closely with creative and content teams to align campaigns with brand goals.
- Contribute to broader marketing strategy with performance insights.

- Strong analytical mindset and comfort with data tools.

- Up to date with platform changes and best practices.
- Fluent in Dutch and English.
