Your mission

As our sales executive, you’ll play a pivotal role in identifying new business opportunities, managing key accounts, and ensuring the successful execution of marketing projects. You’ll be the go-to expert for clients, collaborating closely with our marketing team to create impactful campaigns that drive results.

What you’ll be doing

1. Prospecting:

  • Unearth new business opportunities within the (international) real estate industry.
  • Proactively reach out to potential clients to grow our portfolio of (international) real estate agents and project developers.

2. Project management: (in collaboration with project marketers)

  • Devise tailored strategies for client projects and campaigns.
  • Oversee projects from inception to delivery, maintaining clear communication with clients.
  • Work hand-in-hand with our marketing team to transform client expectations into winning lead generation campaigns.
  • Monitor project progress, ensuring deliverables meet deadlines and client satisfaction.
  • Support project marketers with adjustments to ongoing campaigns when necessary.
  • Monitoring the profitability of the projects under your care.

3. Account management:

  • Build and nurture lasting relationships with our existing clients.
  • Understand client needs and provide guidance to optimize their lead generation efforts.
  • Drive additional value through up-selling and cross-selling our services and products.
