Your mission

As a project marketeer, you’ll work closely with clients and the internal sales team to develop and implement tailored strategies for real estate projects. You’ll ensure campaigns run smoothly and deliver measurable outcomes, making you the key link between strategy and execution.

What you’ll be doing

1. Strategy development:

  • Develop custom marketing strategies for real estate projects based on client goals and target audiences.
  • Identify innovative marketing opportunities to enhance project visibility and lead generation.

2. Campaign management:

  • Oversee the creation and execution of digital and offline marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with graphic designers, copywriters, and other team members to create compelling content.

3. Client coordination:

  • A creative mindset to develop innovative marketing strategies.
  • Analytical thinking to interpret campaign performance and make data-driven decisions.
  • Familiarity with lead generation and nurturing strategies in the real estate sector is a plus.
  • Multilingual abilities, depending on your client base (e.g., English, Dutch, French).
