Real estate platform MyImmowi takes off
The proptech company Immowi of the entrepreneur Anton De Clercq launches with MyImmowi a new online platform that allows property developers to better follow up potential customers. A large part of the people who are looking for a home are presented with real estate ads via Instagram and Facebook of homes that fall far outside their interest, budget and/or desired region.
Immowi developed an algorithm that allows real estate sellers to get in touch with the right prospective buyers for their projects faster and better, by analyzing the surfing behavior of house hunters and advertising in a more targeted way. On the new platform MyImmowi, property developers can now control and follow up incoming leads themselves via an online dashboard. Immowi was launched a year and a half ago and currently works for 75 property developers in Belgium, France, Spain, the Netherlands and Portugal.
